IFN-γ释放试验在抗结核治疗中的诊断价值

【摘要】 目的:评价结核IFN-γ释放试验在监测结核病治疗效果中的应用价值。方法:选取117例活动性肺结核病患者,检测RD1、RD2区域抗原多肽。结果:8例初始为阴性,一个疗程后7/8治愈,109例初始结果为阳性,1个抗痨疗程后治愈93例,其中88 (94.6%)例仍阳性,5例转阴性,未治愈16例。结论:应用RD1、RD2区域抗原多肽在诊断感染结核病方面具有中等敏感度、极高特异度及阳性预测值,但QFT的转阴滞后于临床治疗结果,在明确诊断的结核患者中,该检测不应该进行跟踪检测,以避免临床医疗资源的浪费。更多还原
