钛缆环扎系统治疗老年髌骨粉碎性骨折

【摘要】 目的:探讨钛缆环扎内固定治疗老年髌骨粉碎性骨折的疗效。方法:2014年6月至2017年6月采用钛缆环扎系统内固定治疗老年髌骨粉碎骨折23例,其中男11例,女12例,平均年龄71岁(60-82岁),患者的受伤机制均为滑倒跪地伤。结果:手术时间60-90min(平均75min),术后不需外固定,术后2周加强膝关节功能练习。术后随访时间为6-30个月(平均18个月),骨折愈合时间8-12周(平均10.5周)。Bostman评分20-30(平均27分),其中优12例,良11例,所有患者无并发症出现。结论:钛缆环扎系统是治疗老年髌骨粉碎性骨折的有效方法,固定可靠,操作简单,可早期功能练习,有较好的临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the effect of titanium screw ligation in the treatment of old patellar comminuted fracture. Methods: From June 2014 to June 2017, 23 cases of old patellar comminuted fracture were treated with titanium cable cerclage system. Among them, 11 males and 12 females had an average age of 71 years(60-82 years) The mechanism is slipping kneeling injury. Results: The operation time was 60-90 min(average 75 min). No postoperative external fixation was performed. After 2 weeks, the knee function was strengthened. The follow-up period was 6-30 months(mean 18 months) and fracture healing time was 8-12 weeks(mean 10.5 weeks). Bostman score 20-30(average 27 points), which excellent in 12 cases, good in 11 cases, all patients without complications. Conclusion: The titanium cable cerclage system is an effective method to treat the comminuted fracture of the patella in the elderly. It is reliable and easy to operate.
