高强度聚焦超声治疗围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血1例临床报道

【摘要】 目的:总结1例围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血患者的临床资料,探讨高强度聚焦超声治疗围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血的疗效。方法:回顾性分析笔者所在医院2015年9月到10月治疗,及术后随诊1年的1例顽固性围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血患者的全过程。结果:患者经高强度聚焦超声治疗2周期后,随诊1年,月经规律,无复发。结论:高强度聚焦超声治疗为围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血的提供了新的治疗方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of high intensity focused ultrasound in the treatment of perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding by summarizing the clinical data of one patient with perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Method:Retrospective analysis of the author’s hospital in September to October 2015 treatment, and follow-up 1 year after 1 case of intractable perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding in the whole process. Result:Patients with high intensity focused ultrasound treatment after 2 cycles, followed up for 1 year, menstrual regularity, no recurrence. Conclusion:High intensity focused ultrasound provides a new treatment regimen for perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding.更多还原
