“医教结合”模式在孤独症谱系障碍儿童诊疗中的初步效果

【摘要】 目的:探讨"医-教"结合模式在孤独症谱系障碍儿童康复中的效果。方法:选择在儿童发育行为专科接受国家"七彩梦"资助项目内的ASD儿童和家庭25例,在诊疗过程的不同阶段采取"医-教"结合的不同形式,统计儿童训练依从性及及转归等方面情况。结果:25例ASD儿童均为男童,坚持训练达3个月-12个月不等,出勤率达85%以上(排除因疾病请假)的儿童19例(76%);家长培训到课率100%。在项目实施1年期间,3位(12%)ASD儿童全程回归普通幼儿园,16例(64%)ASD儿童进入融合教学训练(半天普通幼儿园,半天个体化强化训练)2例(8%)进行学前准备。结论:"医-教"结合模式提高了ASD儿童干预的依从性和有效性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effects of medical service and education partnership intervention on rehabilitation of children with autism spectrum disorder(ASD). Methods:25 children with ASD and their families were chosen for samples from child-development department which had accepted the state fund aid project which called "Colorful Dream Program",and different style of medical service and education partnership intervention were adopted during the different period of diagnosis and intervention, and compliance and recover after training were be analyzed. Results:All of the 25 samples of children were boys,the training lasted for 3-12 month. Available samples of 19 children(76%)with the attendance rate higher than 85%(except sick leave), and parents’ attendance rate 100%,. During the whole year training, 3 children(12%) perfectly got back to common kindergartens, 16 children(64%)entered the integration educational training(half-day kindergarten and half-day individual strengthened training), 2 children(8%) were ready to school. Conclusion:The compliance and effectiveness with diagnosis and intervention on children with ASD were promoted through the mode "medical service and education partnership".更多还原
