案例分享在骨科专科护士培训中的应用

【摘要】 目的:探讨案例分享或病例分享在骨科专科护士培训中的应用效果。方法:将2015年度上半年35名骨科专科护士作为案例分享实施前组,将2015年下半年38名骨科专科护士作为抢救案例分享实施后组,在常规培训基础上,将实际工作中分享的相关案例融入课件,与系统的理论授课相结合,进行综合的分析与讲解。比较2015年上半年和下半年骨科专科护士专科理论考核成绩、操作技能考核成绩、取得骨科专科护士资格证人数。结果:2015年度上半年骨诊专科护士专科理论考核成绩、抢救技能考核成绩、取得骨科专科护士资格证人数及护士核心能力评价结果等指标均明显高于对照组(P﹤0.01,P﹤0.05)。结论:案例分享在骨科专科护士培训中的应用,可以有效促进骨科专科理论知识向临床实践能力的转化,明显提高了骨科专科理论和操作技能水平,同时使护士的专业实践能力、评判性思维能力、管理能力等综合操作能力得到有效提升。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the application of case sharing or case sharing in the training of orthopedic nurses.
