妇幼保健机构档案建设对高龄孕产妇产妇的影响

【摘要】 目的:探讨妇幼保健机构档案建设的方法及对高龄孕产妇的影响。方法:选取2016年1月至2017年1月高龄孕产妇产妇60例,将其中在妇幼保健机构进行档案建设的30例高产孕龄产妇设为观察组,同期未进行档案建设的30例产妇设为对照组,观察两组产妇的一般情况。结果:观察组产妇对保健知识的掌握情况产后出血发生率(6.67%;23.33%)及新生儿Apgar评分均显著优于对照组,P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论:对高龄孕产妇实施妇幼保健机构档案建设管理的效果显著,可保证母婴安全,值得临床进行推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the method of archives construction of maternal and child health care institutions and its influence on the elderly women. Methods: from January 2016 to January 2017, 60 cases of maternal maternal age, maternal and child health care institutions in the 30 cases of high maternal gestational age archives for the observation group, the same period of 30 cases of maternal file construction is set to the control group, the general situation of the two groups were observed.
