妊娠合并糖尿病治疗对母婴预后的影响探究

【摘要】 目的:探究对妊娠期糖尿病患者进行治疗对于母婴预后的影响。方法:选取2013年12月至2015年12月期间在我院进行分娩的68例妊娠期糖尿病患者为研究对象,将68例患者分为对照组和研究组,每组患者例数34例。对照组患者在分娩之前未进行正规体检,因此糖尿病未得到及时治疗,而研究组则接受正规体检且得到及时治疗。对比两组患者的分娩结局。结果:将两组患者分娩结局进行对比,发现对照组患者并发症发生率(35.29%)以及胎儿不良结局发生率(38.24%)均明显高于研究组(并发症发生率与胎儿不良结局发生率均为8.82%),数据差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对妊娠期糖尿病患者进行治疗能够降低患者并发症发生率以及胎儿不良结局发生率,显著改善母婴预后,可推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:to explore the treatment for maternal and infant prognosis in patients with gestational diabetes. Method:to choose between December 2013 and December 2013 in our hospital during the period of delivery of 68 cases of gestational diabetes patients as the research object, 68 patients were divided into control group and research group, 34 cases of patients in each group. Control group patients not regular physical examination before delivery, so the diabetes is not treated, while team accept regular check-up and get timely treatment. Birth outcomes compared two groups of patients. Results:compare two groups of patients with delivery end, found in the control group patients with complications incidence(35.29%) and fetal adverse outcomes(38.24%) were significantly higher than group(the incidence of complications and fetal adverse outcomes are 8.82%), the data are statistically significant difference(P < 0.05). Conclusion:treatment of gestational diabetes patients can reduce the incidence of complications and fetal adverse outcomes in patients with, significantly improve maternal and infant prognosis, can promote the use.更多还原
