食物中毒金葡菌分离株产肠毒素、耐药性和PFGE分型

【摘要】 目的对2014-2015年广州市食物中毒检出的44株金黄色葡萄球菌进行肠毒素、耐药研究以及脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)分型,了解其产肠毒素、耐药特性以及同源性。方法依据GB4789.10-2010采用ELISA方法测定金黄色葡萄球菌肠毒素(SEA-SEE),利用VITEK 2 compact对菌株进行药敏试验,并对菌株进行PFGE分型研究。结果 44株金黄色葡萄球菌产肠毒素的有38株(86.4%),其中同时产两种及以上肠毒素型别的有13株(34.2%),产A型肠毒素的菌株最多,有34株(89.5%)。对青霉素(79.5%)、四环素(63.6%)、克林霉素(54.5%)、红霉素(52.3%)耐药率较高。PFGE分型显示菌株可以分为4个聚类、7个PFGE型别。结论食物中毒株产肠毒素能力较强,其对多种抗生素的耐药性提示安全用药的重要性,PFGE分型对广州市金黄色葡萄球菌食物中毒的防控及溯源有重要意义。

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the enterotoxin property and drug resistance of Staphylococcus aureus(S.aureus)causing food poisoning by pulsed-field gel electrophoresis(PFGE)of 44 S.aureus isolates from food poisoning samples in Guangzhou from 2014 to 2015. Methods With reference to GB 4789.10-2010,enterotox in-producing staphylococcus was detected by ELISA and drug-resistance was detected by VITEK 2 compact. The isolates from the different incident were analyzed by PFGE. Results Thirty eight enterotoxin producing strains were detected in 44 S.aureusisolates and the positive rate was 86.4%,in which 13 strains were found to produce more than two kinds of enterotoxin(34.2%)and 34 strains were found to produce SEA(89.5%). S.aureus isolates were highly resistant to penicillin(79.5%),tetracycline(63.6%),Clindamycin(54.5%)and erythromycin(52.3%).PFGE showed that the strains could be divided into four large clusters,seven PFGE types. Conclusion Food-borne S.aureus showed strong enterotoxin-producing ability. Safe medication is important because of the multi-drug resistance of Staphylococcus aureus. PFGE typing could have great significance in local controlling and derivation work of food poisoning.
