【Abstract】 Wolbachia pipientis is a common endosymbiont that exists in many arthropods and nematodes. Up to August2016,The NCBI website has published complete genomes of 9 Wolbachia strains and draft genomes of 17 Wolbachia strains.In this paper,the Wolbachia genome characters,the mechanism of Wolbachia reside in their host stably and the horizontal gene transfer(HGT)events between Wolbachia and their host were reviewed.更多还原
