中度高海拔地区人群血清叶酸与炎症因子的关系探讨

【摘要】 目的探讨中度高海拔地区人群叶酸营养水平与炎症水平的关系。方法纳入2015年4月—12月来自云南省中度高海拔(海拔1 000~2 000 m地区的健康人群485例为研究对象,进行问卷调查、体格检查,同时进行血常规、血清炎症因子,包括hs-CRP、TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-6,血脂四项以及血清叶酸检测,按照血清叶酸浓度分为高、低血清叶酸组,分析其和炎症因子之间的关联性。结果中度高海拔地区人群中,血清叶酸浓度高者IL-1β水平较低血清叶酸组低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001);而两组间的血脂及其他指标的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);血清叶酸浓度与hs-CRP、IL-1β、IL-6呈负相关关系(r_s=-0.111、-0.252、-0.119,P<0.05),与TNF-α无相关关系。结论中度高海拔地区人群的血清叶酸浓度与炎症指标明显相关,血清叶酸浓度高者其炎症指标IL-1β较低,提示良好的叶酸营养状况有助于改善中度高海拔地区人群的慢性炎症水平,促进人群健康。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relationship between the levels of serum folic acid and inflammatory cytokines inhealth adults living in moderately high altitude areas. Methods A total of 485 subjects from moderately high altitude areas(the sea level from 1 000 to 2 000 m) were recruited in Yunnan Province from April to December 2015. The subjects wereinvestigated with the comprehensive questionnaires, and underwent the physical examinations and serum tests, including theblood routine, inflammatory cytokines(hs- CRP, TNF- α, IL- 1β and IL- 6), lipids profile and blood folic acid. Then thesubjects were divided into two groups according to the concentration of serum folic acid. The relationships between folic acidand inflammatory cytokines were analyzed with the proper statistical analysis method. Results In the subjects frommoderately high altitude areas, the level of IL-1β was lower in the high serum folic acid concentration group than in the lowgroup, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001). However, lipids profile and other indexes of blood routine werenot significantly different in two groups(P >0.05). The serum folic acid concentration was negatively related with hs-CRP, IL-1β and IL-6(r_s=-0.111,-0.252,-0.119, P<0.05), but there was no statistically significant correlation between the serum folicacid concentration and TNF-α. Conclusions There is a significant correlation between the serum folic acid concentrationand inflammatory indexes in the population in moderately high altitude areas. The higher serum folic acid concentration isrelated to the lower IL-1β. Therefore, good folic acid nutrition can improve the chronic inflammation status so as to improvepublic health in the population in moderately high altitude areas.
