动臂变幅起重机安全拉索安全性研究
Research on security of safety cable for luffing jib crane
【摘要】 以动臂柔性变幅起重机安全拉索为研究对象,采用ADAMS动力学仿真软件,结合Ansys有限元分析软件,建立系统多体动力学刚柔耦合模型,通过仿真得到臂架在安全拉索作用下的动力学行为及安全拉索拉力曲线,依据臂架结构及安全拉索的极限承载能力,分析不同工况下系统的安全性。
【Abstract】 With the safety cable for flexible luffing jib cranes as the research object,dynamic simulation software ADAMS is used in the paper together with a finite element analysis software to develop a rigid-flexible coupling model based on multi-body system dynamics. And simulation helps get THE dynamic behavior of luffing jib under the influence of safety cable as well as pull-up curve of safety cable. Then,the security of the system under different working conditions is analyzed on the basis of jib structure and the ultimate bearing capacity of safety cables.
