基于微信端的科技特派员服务信息系统设计

【摘要】 文章研究了科技特派员服务信息需求,提出了基于微信的科技特派员信息系统平台的总体框架,设计了科技特派员在线管理、远程服务、在线培训等系统。

【Abstract】 In this article, the information services requirement of technology services commissioner of Hunan were analyzed.And, based on it,the overall framework of the technology services commissioner information service platform was constructed.At last,the technology services commissioner online management system,remote science and technology service system,and online training information system were designed.
