基于二元网络的海归创业演进过程研究

【摘要】 作为经济全球化和知识经济发展背景下的一种新型创业形式,海归创业日益受到学者们的广泛关注。由于海归创业企业同时嵌入海外网络和本地网络,因此其成长过程具有特殊性。本文基于二元网络视角,分析了新创企业网络嵌入、资源获取、创业学习及创业模式4个要素的动态演化过程,并构建了海归创业企业的成长过程模型,最后得出结论:随着海归创业企业由创建期过渡到成长期,其网络结构由紧密型变为松散型,网络关系由强联结变为弱联结,资源获取由现有资源开发战略过渡到新资源探索战略,创业学习由利用式演变为探索式,并最终实现由效率型商业模式到创新型商业模式的转型与升级。更多还原

【Abstract】 As a new type of entrepreneurship in the context of economic globalization and the development of knowledge economy,returnee entrepreneurship has attracted more attention of scholars. The growth process has its particularity, as it is embedded in two networks at the same time, overseas network and local network. Based on the perspective of dual network, this paper gives the research on the dynamic process of four key elements, i.e., network, resource acquisition, entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurial model, and constructs the growth model of returnee start-ups. We find the changes from tight network into loose one, strong connection into weak connection, and resource exploitation into resource exploration, exploitative learning into explorative learning, and the realization of the transformation and upgrading from efficient business model into innovative one.更多还原
