【摘要】 目的观察孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德鼻喷雾剂治疗变应性鼻炎(allergic rhinitis,AR)患者的临床疗效。方法 2013年7月至2015年6月就诊于我院的135例AR患者随机分为孟鲁司特钠组、布地奈德鼻喷雾剂组、孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德鼻喷雾剂组进行治疗,所有患者疗程均为4周,比较3组患者临床总有效率、治疗前和治疗后鼻部症状视觉模拟量表评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)、治疗前和治疗后鼻-结膜炎相关生活质量(rhino conjunctivitis quslity of life questionnaire,RQLQ)评分。数据采用SPSS 20.0软件进行统计学分析。结果 3组AR患者治疗后鼻部症状VAS评分及RQLQ评分与治疗前比较均明显下降(P<0.05);孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德鼻喷雾剂组治疗后VAS评分及RQLQ评分低于其他两组,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德鼻喷雾剂组临床总有效率明显优于其他2组,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德鼻喷雾剂治疗AR患者缓解症状迅速有效,临床疗效确切,AR患者的生活质量明显提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of montelukast sodium combined with budesonide nasal spray in the treatment of allergic rhinitis(AR). Methods 135 patients with AR who were treated in our hospital during July 2013 and June 2015 were randomly divided into three groups: montelukast sodium group,budesonide nasal spray group,montelukast sodium combined with budesonide nasal spray group. All treatments were last four weeks. Comparing visual analogue scale(VAS) scores of nasal symptom,total effective rate and rhinoconjunctivitis quality of life questionnaire(RQLQ) scores at before treatment and after treatment. Results VAS scores of nasal symptom and RQLQ scores of three groups after treatment were significantly less than those before treatment(P< 0. 05).
