海水管线腐蚀监检测技术进展

【摘要】 基于管系输送在国民经济建设中的主要作用,本文总结了输送管线在线电化学腐蚀监测技术和非破坏性腐蚀检测技术及其应用;强调了辅助腐蚀监检测技术与腐蚀监检测技术的安装维护的重要性。在此基础上,归纳了当今腐蚀监检测技术发展的趋势,提出了秉持"腐蚀风险管理"理念,实现精准防腐蚀目标的建议。

【Abstract】 Based on the main role of pipeline transportation in the construction of national economy, in this paper, the online electrochemical corrosion monitoring technology and non-destructive corrosion inspection technology and its application are summarized.It emphasizes the importance of corrosion inspection and monitoring technology and installation and maintenance of corrosion inspection and monitoring and testing technology. On the basis of this, the author summarizes the trend of the development of corrosion inspection and monitoring technology, and puts forward some suggestions on how to achieve the goal of "corrosion risk management" and realize the accurate goal of corrosion protection.
