【摘要】 目的:调查护士对医用粘胶相关性皮肤损伤(MARSI)的认识现状,并分析其相关因素,以更好地指导此领域的教育与培训。方法:采用调查问卷方式调查来自9个省、1个直辖市的护士;调查问卷包括3个维度,分别为被调查者基本信息(10个条目)、对MARSI的认识情况(14个条目)、对MARSI的管理意见(6个条目)。结果:22.31%的被调查者回应对MARSI完全不了解,65.26%的被调查者未曾接受过MARSI的相关培训,56.91%的被调查者回应强烈需要加强MARSI相关知识的临床普及和研究;不同地区、职称及是否有职务护士对MARSI的了解得分间存在差异(P<0.05)。接受MARSI相关教育与培训的程度与对MARSI的了解程度呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论:护士对MARSI相关知识的了解明显欠缺,护理管理者应加强关于MARSI的教育及培训,并发展MARSI相关研究,以提高护理质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the current status of nurses understanding of viscose related skin injuries( MARSI) and to analyze the related factors so as to better guide the education and training in this field. Methods: The nurses from one direct municipality and nine provinces were surveyed by questionnaires. The questionnaire includes 3 dimensions,respectively,including respondents’ basic information( 10 entries),understanding of the MARSI( 14 entries),and management opinions on MARSI( 6 entries). Results: 22. 31% of respondents responded with complete ignorance of MARSI. 65. 26% of the respondents had not received MARSI related training. 56. 91% of respondents responded strongly to the need of strengthening clinical knowledge and research about MARSI related knowledge. There were differences in the scores of MARSI among nurses from different regions,titles and whether they are on duties( P < 0. 05). The degree of acceptance of MARSI related education and training were positively related to the level of understanding of MARSI( P < 0. 01). Conclusion: Nurses are lack of knowledge about MARSI. Nursing administrators should strengthen education and training about MARSI,and develop MARSI related research to improve the quality of nursing.更多还原
