【摘要】 目的:探讨2型糖尿病患者胃肠道症状与生活质量的关系。方法:采用一般资料调查表、胃肠道症状分级评分量表(GSRS)、糖尿病患者生活质量特异性量表(DSQL),对115例2型糖尿病患者进行横断面调查。结果:2型糖尿病患者胃肠道症状总体发生率为67%,以消化不良和便秘较常见;相关分析发现,腹痛、消化不良、便秘、进食障碍及胃肠道症状均与生活质量多维度呈显著相关性(P<0.05,P<0.01);多元逐步回归分析发现,消化不良、便秘和进食障碍症状是影响患者生活质量的主要因素(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:胃肠道症状在2型糖尿病患者中比较常见,我们应重视糖尿病患者胃肠道症状,积极控制胃肠道病变,制定相应干预措施,提供有针对性的健康指导以提高患者生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the relationship between gastrointestinal symptoms and quality of life in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted in 115 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus by using the general information questionnaires,the gastrointestinal symptom rating scale( GSRS),and the quality of life of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus( DSQL).Results: Gastrointestinal symptoms in type 2 diabetic patients overall incidence rate was 67%,with dyspepsia and constipation are common. Correlation analysis showed that abdominal pain,dyspepsia,constipation,eating disorders and gastrointestinal symptoms and quality of life are significantly multidimensional correlation( P < 0. 05,P < 0. 01). Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that indigestion constipation,and eating disorder symptoms are the main influencing factors on the patients’ quality of life( P < 0. 05,P < 0. 01). Conclusion:Gastrointestinal symptoms in patients with type 2 diabetes are common. We should pay attention to the diabetic patients with gastrointestinal symptoms,positive control of gastrointestinal lesions,formulate corresponding intervention measures,provide targeted health guidelines,and improve the quality of life of patients.更多还原
