【摘要】 目的探讨后路经伤椎置椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗胸腰段椎体骨折的疗效。方法选取2010年5月—2015年3月蚌埠市第一人民医院收治的胸腰段椎体骨折患者23例为研究对象,均行后路经伤椎置椎弓根螺钉进行复位、钉棒系统内固定术治疗,采用改良Macnab疗效评定标准评价疗效,比较治疗前后伤椎椎体高度、Cobb角改善比例。结果平均手术时长116 min,平均出血量398 ml,平均随访26个月。根据改良Macnab疗效评定标准,其中:优15例,良6例,可1例,差1例,优良率91.3%。手术前后伤椎椎体高度、Cobb角比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用后路经伤椎置椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗胸腰段椎体骨折,利于矫正后凸畸形,增加脊柱稳定性,恢复并保持伤椎前缘高度,疗效满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the curative effect of posterior vertebral pedicle screw fixation in treatment of thoracolumbar vertebral fractures. Methods 23 cases of thoracolumbar vertebral fractures in Bengbu First People’ s Hospital of Anhui Province from May 2010 to March 2015 were selected as the subjects,posterior vertebral set pedicle screw reduction and screw rod system fixation for the treatment, the curative effect was evaluated by modified Macnab criteria, before and after operation injured vertebral height,Cobb angle were improved. Results The mean operative time was 116 min,and the average bleeding volume was 398 ml,with an average follow-up of 26 months. According to the modified Macnab criteria,15 cases were excellent,6 cases were good,1 case was bad,1 case was poor,the excellent and good rate was 91. 3%. The differences of vertebral height,Cobb angle before and after operation were statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The effect injured vertebral pedicle screw internal fixation for the treatment of thoracolumbar fractures,for after the correction of kyphosis,increase spinal stability,restore and maintain the height of the injured vertebra,is satisfying.更多还原
