【摘要】 对贵州省黔东南苗族侗族自治州农户抽样调查和分析研究,结果表明:留守农民、返乡农民、外出农民三类农村劳动力因对土地的依赖程度不同呈现明显的群体特征。受人生经历、家庭责任、生活方式、受教育程度的影响,三类农村劳动力的就业期望差异显著。期望的职业类型、地域选择、就业动机、创业领域选择等均具有一定的差异表现趋势。在尊重农村劳动力就业期望前提下,从大力发展第三产业,着力调整就业结构与产业结构等七个方面,提出了促进民族地区农村劳动力就业的对策与建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The current paper investigated and analyzed the farmers of Qiandongnan Miao and Dong Autonomous Prefecture in Guizhou Province. The result showed that stay-at-home farmers,returned migrant farmers and go-out migrant workers were quite different in their dependence on lands. Their expectations of employment were also very distinctive due to their different life experiences,family responsibility,life styles and educational levels. The expectations of employment including job type,location option,employment motive,entrepreneurship field and so on were different. Based on the premise of respecting their employ expectation of rural labor force,this paper put forward countermeasures and suggestions on how to promote employment for rural labor forces in ethnic regions.更多还原
