轨道车辆制造工序使用的化工材料中挥发性有机物的挥发特性及控制研究
Volatilization Characteristics and Control of Volatile Organic Compounds in Chemical Materials Used in the Manufacturing Process of Rail Vehicles
【摘要】 轨道车辆制造工序中使用的大量化工原料,往往含有部分挥发性有机物,这些有机物会在车辆交付使用后缓慢释放出来。本工作使用GC-MS研究了油漆类与清洗剂中含有的挥发性有机物种类以及浓度,使用酸碱改性的活性炭协同的方式控制挥发性有机物的浓度。通过一系列的研究,酸碱共改性的活性炭协同作用对车厢内部挥发性有机物的浓度起到了明显的控制作用,其中甲苯、乙酸丁酯、乙苯、邻二甲苯、间二甲苯的浓度可以降低到原来的3%~5%。酸碱改性的活性炭在30~40d内达到最大吸附量,可以有效的解决轨道车辆内挥发性有机物超标的问题。
【Abstract】 Release of the volatile organic compounds in rail vehicles is becoming an important problem,as large number of chemical materials were used in the manufacturing process.This thesis mainly studied the paintings and Cleaning agent contains the kinds and concentrations of volatile organic compounds,according to the different characteristics of the volatile organic compounds using synergetic acid-alkali modification of activated carbon to reduce the concentration of harmful volatile compounds.The results show an obvious decreasing trend of volatile organic compounds by synergetic acid-alkali modification of activated carbon,where toluene,butyl acetate,ethyl benzene,o-xylene,m-xylene can be reduced to 3% ~5%.During the experiment,modified activated carbon reached its maximum adsorption in 30-40 days.The treatment of this experiment can effectively solve the problem of excessive harmful volatile organic compounds in the rail vehicle.
