基于超网络的企业科技创新团队知识共享机制研究

【摘要】 【目的/意义】在企业中,科技创新团队知识共享对推动企业技术发展具有重大作用。【方法/过程】运用超网络分析方法对某计算机技术有限公司的项目型科技创新团队进行分析,以科技创新团队的人员为节点,以科技创新团队为超边,以科技创新团队合作申请专利的次数作为超边的权重,构建基于加权超图的企业科技创新团队合作申请专利超网络,对所建的超网络模型有关拓扑结构指标进行计算和分析,然后构建基于节点扩散和超边扩散的企业科技创新团队合作申请专利超网络中的知识共享机制,并对知识共享能力进行测度。【结果/结论】最后分析了影响企业科技创新团队合作申请专利超网络知识共享的因素,给出了对策模型。研究结论可以为企业科技创新团队知识共享的建设、实践及提高提供借鉴。

【Abstract】 【Purpose/significance】Knowledge sharing of sic-tech innovation team plays an important role to promote the de-velopment of enterprise technology in the enterprise.【Method/process】This paper used hypernetwork analysis methods toanalyze a sic-tech innovation team of project scheme of a computer company.It regarded the personnel of sic-tech innova-tion team as the node,sic-tech innovation team as the hyperedge and the number of the sic-tech innovation team applyingfor a patent as hyperedge weights.It established hypernetwork topology structure of enterprise sic-tech innovation team ap-plying for a patent based on weighted hypergraph.The topological characteristics were calculated and analyzed.Then,it con-structed the knowledge sharing mechanism of the enterprise sic-tech innovation team hypernetwork applying for a patentbased on the node diffusion and the hyperedge diffusion.The knowledge sharing ability was measured.【Result/conclusion】Finally,it analyzed knowledge sharing influencial factors of enterprise sic-tech innovation team hypernetwork applying for apatent and the countermeasures model was given.This paper can provide references for construction,practice and improve-ment for the knowledge sharing of enterprise sic-tech innovation team.
