【摘要】 目的观察补肾益智汤治疗老年血管性痴呆的临床效果。方法选取医院收治的老年血管性痴呆患者65例,随机分为观察组(33例)和对照组(32例)。对照组采用常规西药进行治疗,观察组采用补肾益智汤治疗,采用Berg平衡量表、简易智能精神状态检查量表(MMSE)、长谷川痴呆量表(HDS)及日常生活能力量表(ADL)对患者疗效进行评价。结果治疗后,观察组Berg平衡量表评分、MMSE评分、HDS评分及ADL评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论补肾益智汤治疗老年血管性痴呆效果较为理想,可有效改善患者痴呆症状,提高患者日常生活能力,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of Bushen Yizhi Decoction on senile vascular dementia. Methods65 patients with senile vascular dementia were randomly divided into observation group( 33 cases) and control group( 32 cases). The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the treatment group was treated with Bushen Yizhi Decoction. Berg Balance Scale,MMSE,Hasegawa Dementia Scale( HDS) and Daily Living Ability Scale( ADL) were adopting to evaluate the efficacy of those patients. Results After treatment,the observation group has better performance on the scores of the Berg( Balance Scale),MMSE( Simple Mental State Examination),HDS( Hasegawa Dementia Scale) and ADL( Daily Living Ability Scale) than those of the control group( P < 0. 05) and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusions Bushen Yizhi Decoction produces relatively effective the treatment for senile vascular dementia. It can effectively alleviate the symptoms of dementia and enhance the daily living ability of patients. It is worth of popularizing.更多还原
