【摘要】 目的:探讨脑功能生物反馈治疗对精神分裂症患者认知功能改善的临床效果。方法:选取2013年12月~2014年12月在我院住院治疗的精神分裂症患者120例为研究对象,经随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组60例,对照组给予单纯常规药物治疗,观察组在对照组常规药物治疗的基础上实施脑功能生物反馈治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后认知功能变化。结果:两组患者治疗前认知功能情况差异无显著意义(P>0.05),治疗后均有改善,观察组治疗后蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)评分、数字符号测验(DSCT)、连线测试(TMTA)及Stroop色词测验(SCWT)指标情况均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在精神分裂症治疗中应用脑功能生物反馈疗法,能有效改善患者认知功能及神经心理状况,提高患者生存品质。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of brain function biofeedback therapy on cognitive function of patients with schizophrenia.Methods:One hundred and twenty patients with schizophrenia in our hospital from December 2013 to December 2014 were selected as the subjects and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 60 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with drug therapy while patients in the observation group were treated with brain function biofeedback therapy based on the treatment of the control group.The changes of cognitive function before and after treatment in two groups were observed and analyzed.Results:There was no significant difference in cognitive function between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),but it was improved after treatment.After treatment the MOCA score and the indexes of DSCT,TMTA and SCWT of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion;The application of brain function biofeedback therapy in the treatment of schizophrenia can effectively improve the cognitive function and neuropsychological status of patients and the quality of patients’ life.The therapy is worthy of promotion.更多还原
