浅析农药委托加工、分装新规定

【摘要】 新修订的《农药管理条例》(简称《条例》)即将施行,《条例》放开了农药企业之间的委托加工、分装。对委托加工、分装的新规定做了相应的解析。

【Abstract】 New revised "Pesticide Management Regulations" will be put into force, the regulations released the commissioned processing and subpackaging of pesticides among the enterprises. The new regulations on commissioned processing and subpackaging of pesticides were analysed.
