滴灌条件下微地形对酿酒葡萄果实品质的影响
Effect of Micro Landform on Fruit Quality of Wine Grape under Drip Irrigation
【摘要】 在宁夏贺兰山东麓青铜峡葡萄产区开展了滴灌条件下微地形对酿酒葡萄赤霞珠品质的影响试验。研究结果表明:酿酒葡萄赤霞珠在成熟过程中,果实总酸含量随还原糖含量的不断增加而降低,而果实糖酸比呈上升趋势。在果实成熟采收时,南北向坡顶含糖量最高,南北向平地最低;总酸含量南北向平地最高,南北向坡底最低;糖酸比表现为南北坡坡底最高;单宁含量表现为南北向的平地高于坡地的各地形;总花色素含量表现为南北向的坡顶最高,东西向的坡底最低;总酚含量表现为南北向的坡顶最高。
【Abstract】 In grapevine field of Qingtongxia City at eastern Helan Mountain, effect of micro landform on quality of wine grape Chixiazhu under drip irrigation was studied. The result showed that during the maturation process, total acid content of the grapevine decreased with reducing sugar content increasing and sugar acid ratio increased. When harvesting, sugar content of the fruits on north-south slope top was the highest and that on north-south level ground was the lowest. The total acid content of the fruit on north-south level ground was the highest and that at north-south bottom was the lowest. The sugar acid ratio of the fruit at north-south slope bottom was the highest. Tannin content of the fruits on north-south level ground was the highest. Total anthocyanidin content of the fruits on north-south slope top was the highest and that at transmeridional bottom was the lowest. Total phenols content on north-south slope top was the highest.
