振动筛式红枣多层除杂分级机的设计与试验
Design and Experiment on Vibrating Sieve Type Jujube Multilayer Purification and Grader Machine
【摘要】 为解决红枣收获后的除杂分级作业问题,设计了一种振动筛式红枣多层除杂分级机。运用Auto CAD和Solid Works对整机及关键部件进行设计,利用正交试验确定该型红枣除杂分级机的各项结构参数。试验结果表明:在作业效率为142kg/h、风选除杂装置的风速为14m/s、振动式除杂分级装置的倾斜角度为11°、振动筛的振动频率为20Hz时,除杂分级作业后的红枣含杂率为1.53%、分级合格率为94.8%、损伤率为3.1%。该机工作效率高,作业质量稳定,可同时完成收获后红枣杂质的去除与红枣尺寸的分级作业。
【Abstract】 In order to solve the problem of purification and grader after jujube harvesting,a vibrating Sieve Type Jujube Multilayer Purification and Grader Machine was designed. Using Auto CAD and Solid Works to design the overall structure and primary operation components of the machine,ultimately the structure parameters were determined by means of orthogonal experiment. The experiments shown that when the working efficiency is 142 kg / h,the wind speed of air classification device is 14 m / s,the frame angle of vibrating type purification device is 11 o,the vibration frequency of vibrating sieve is 20 Hz,the trash content of jujube is 1. 53%,the qualification rate of jujube grader is 94. 8%,the percentage damage of jujube is 3. 1% after operating of the machine. The machine exhibits advantages of high working efficiency and fine operating stability,it can finish jujube purification and grader at the same time.
