【摘要】 目的探讨穴位贴敷联合中药热奄包对慢性呼吸系统疾病便秘患者的临床疗效。方法选取符合纳排标准的180例住院患者,按照随机数字表法分为穴位贴敷组、中药热奄包组、穴位贴敷联合中药热奄包组各60例。穴位贴敷组贴敷神阙、足三里,每次6 h,1次/d,7 d/疗程,共2个疗程。中药热奄包组热奄包顺时针按摩腹部,后放于神阙热敷,疗程同上。穴位贴敷联合中药热奄包组,先给予穴位贴敷,再予中药热奄包治疗,穴位及方法分别同穴位贴敷组及中药热奄包组,疗程同上。结果便秘疗效比较,穴位贴敷联合中药热奄包组患者总有效率高于穴位贴敷组和中药热奄包组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),穴位贴敷组和中药热奄包组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预前,3组患者便秘主要症状评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,穴位贴敷联合中药热奄包组患者便秘主要症状评分均低于穴位贴敷组及中药热奄包组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论穴位贴敷联合中药热奄包对慢性呼吸系统疾病便秘患者具有不良反应小,疗效好的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of acupoint application combined with herbal hot pack on chronic constipation of patients with respiratory diseases. Methods Totally 180 patients were divided into acupoint application group, herbal hot pack group and acupoint application combined with herbal hot pack group with 60 cases in each group. Shenque and Zusanli were sticked in acupoint application group for 6 hours per time and once a day. Abdomen was massaged clockwise with herbal hot pack, and then herbal hot pack was fomented on Shenque in herbal hot pack group. In acupoint application combined with herbal hot pack group, firstly acupoint application was applied, and then herbal hot pack treatment was completed. The treatment in each group lasted 14 days as 2 periods of treatment. Results The total effective rate of in acupoint application combined with herbal hot pack group was higher than that of acupoint application group and herbal hot pack group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05) but there was no significant difference between acupoint application group and herbal hot pack group(P>0.05). Before the intervention, there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)in three groups in terms of constipation main symptom scores but after the treatment, the main symptom scores of acupoint application combined with herbal hot pack group were lower than those of acupoint application group and herbal hot pack group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion With good curative effects and fewer side effects, acupoint application combined with herbal hot pack is beneficial to improving chronic constipation of patients with respiratory diseases.更多还原
