切开复位根骨板内固定治疗跟骨关节内移位骨折的临床效果评价

【摘要】 目的:探讨对跟骨关节内移位骨折患者施以切开复位根骨板内固定治疗后获得的临床效果。方法:选择我院2014年12月~2016年09月收治的40例跟骨关节内移位骨折患者作为实验对象;表现出患侧跟骨关节内骨折的位置共包括46处,有效选择外扩大切口加以干预;之后利用根骨板有效开展固定工作,针对所有跟骨关节内移位骨折患者治疗评价结果回顾性分析。结果:对所有跟骨关节内移位骨折患者施以3个月治疗后,治疗结果为优以及良患者例数分别为23例以及15例,治疗优良率为95.00%。结论:对于跟骨关节内移位骨折患者,临床在施以切开复位根骨板内固定术治疗期间,需要对患者的固定点以及患者的复位点加以有效明确,于最佳时机开展手术治疗,最终将跟骨关节内移位骨折疾病治疗优良率显著提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of open reduction and internal fixation for displaced intra-articular fractures of the calcaneus. Methods: in our hospital from December 2014 to 2016 09 months 40 cases of intraarticular calcaneal fractures were treated in as experimental subjects; showed ipsilateral intra-articular fractures of the calcaneus position consists of 46, effective choice to expand incision intervention; after the use of bone plate fixed to effectively carry out the work, for all displaced intraarticular calcaneal results a retrospective analysis of patients with fracture evaluation. Results: after treatment for 3 months in all patients with intra —articular fractures of the calcaneus, the results were excellent and good in the number of patients with a total of 23 cases and the number of cases, the excellent and good rate was 95%. Conclusion: for intra-articular calcaneal fracture patients during clinical with open reduction and bone plate internal fixation,the need for fixed point patients and reset point patients effectively clear, at the best time to carry out surgical treatment, will eventually be displaced intraarticular calcaneal fracture disease significantly improve the treatment rate.更多还原
