【摘要】 目的:观察郑氏温中散寒方治疗脾胃虚寒型胃痛的临床疗效。方法:将符合标准的62例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各31例。对照组予以吗丁啉治疗;治疗组应用郑氏温中散寒方治疗。3个疗程后观察两组中医证候积分、总有效率。结果:治疗组总有效率为93.5%,优于对照组的87.0%(P<0.05);两组治疗后中医症候积分与治疗前比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后的评分较对照组改善更为明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:以郑氏温中散寒方为主针刺处方可以有效改善患者症状,治疗脾胃虚寒型慢胃痛有较好的临床疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective By comparing with control group,the discussion of Zheng Wen releasing cold side treatment of spleen and stomach deficiency type cold stomach clinical curative effect.
