催化剂的添加对煤化学链燃烧过程的影响研究

【摘要】 利用热重分析仪,研究了煤直接化学链燃烧中催化剂的添加对煤化学链燃烧过程的影响。实验结果表明:催化剂的添加可以降低煤直接化学链燃烧过程中煤的气化温度,提高气化速率及煤的转化程度。5种催化剂对于原煤转化过程的催化作用满足K2CO3>Na2CO3>Ca(NO3)2>KCl>K2SO4。催化剂的添加会造成载氧体表面催化剂以及煤灰分甚至未燃尽碳的黏结。担载5%K2CO3催化剂之后的煤在5次循环直接化学链燃烧过程中,载氧体的循环性能降低。

【Abstract】 The effect of catalyst addition on the coal direct chemical looping combustion has been investigated using thermogravimetric analysis(TGA). Experimental results showed that, the addition of catalysts could decrease the temperature of coal gasification reaction, and increase the reaction rate of coal gasification, resulting in a high coal conversion rate. The five additives roughly follow the order K2 CO3>Na2 CO3>Ca(NO3)2>KCl >K2 SO4 with respect to the catalystic ability. However, the addition of catalysts and the coal ash may accumulate at the surface of oxygen carrier particles. The weight loss and weight gain during five consecutive redox tests showed that the reactivity and stability of the oxygen carriers decreased significantly when using coal with 5%K2 CO3 added as fuel.
