电子束持续辐照下无机气溶胶颗粒PM1.0污染特征研究
Pollution Characteristics of Inorganic Aerosol Particles PM1.0 under Continuous Electron Beam Irradiation
【摘要】 利用场发射透射电子显微镜TEM及能谱仪EDS,对2014年元月徐州市区强霾污染天气下采集的PM1.0进行了单颗粒EDS分析。通过电子束平行辐照模式下的持续辐照/分段采谱方式,分析了不同来源无机气溶胶颗粒PM1.0的颗粒混合模态和污染特征。基于透射电子显微镜结合能谱仪对颗粒形态特征及化学组分变化的动态监测为单颗粒污染特征表征及颗粒物表面非均相反应过程研究提供了重要分析手段。
【Abstract】 Aerosol particles were collected in Xuzhou city in heavy pollution weather in January of 2014.The PM1.0 single particle sample was studied by the transmission electron microscopy(TEM)coupled with energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS). By electron beam irradiation damage experiments,mixed state and pollution characteristics of inorganic aerosol particles PM1.0 were analyzed. At the same time, the dynamic monitoring particle morphology and chemical composition by the transmission electron microscopy combined with energy dispersive spectrometer can be used an important analysis means for the single particle pollution characterization and particle surface heterogeneous reaction process.
