深孔爆破减小厚硬顶板初次垮落步距的技术研究

【摘要】 针对潘三矿17181(1)工作面煤层上方厚硬顶板大面积悬露、严重威胁矿井安全生产的现状,实施深孔松动爆破技术以求减小厚硬顶板的初次垮落步距。实践表明:对爆破参数和炮孔布置进行合理设计,顶板的初次垮落步距从预测值的88.6 m减小到实测值的43 m左右,支架前后立柱所受载荷均降低到预警值30 MPa以下,未出现因顶板突然来压而导致压倒支架的情况,有效避免了顶板大面积悬露所带来的的安全隐患,保证了工作面的正常生产。

【Abstract】 For Pansan mine thick and hard roof above the 17181(1) working face of coal seam which is easy to cause widespread suspensions and pose a serious threat for the present situation of mine safety production,carry out deep hole loose blasting technology in order to reduce the initial caving interval of thick and hard roof. Practice shows that a reasonable design of blasting parameters and hole arrangements can let the initial caving interval of roof from the predicted value of 88.6 m decreases to the measured values of about 43 m,the before and after column loads of stent are reduced to the prewarning value below 30 MPa,do not appear the situation of overwhelming stents due to roof pressure is coming suddenly. These measures effectively avoid the safety problems brought by the widespread roof suspensions and guarantee the normal production of working face.
