闸门开度对振动给料机动力特性的影响

【摘要】 为了研究闸门开度对振动给料机动力特性的影响,以某矿山料仓下振动给料机为试验对象,采用INV3018CT型24位高精度数据采集仪与DASP-V10分析软件进行给料机的动力响应测试分析,得出闸门开度对给料机轨迹、振动参数、应力、寿命的影响规律,分析了变化规律产生的原因,从而为给料机设计与应用提供参考依据。

【Abstract】 In order to research the effect of the gate opening on dynamic characteristics of a vibrating feeder, the dynamic response of the feeder is tested and analyzed with INV3018 CT type 24-bit highprecision data-acquisition device and DASP-V10 analysis software by using the vibrating feeder in a stock bin of a mine to obtain the effect law of the gate opening on the track, vibration parameter, stress and lifetime of the feeder. In addition, the reason for change rule is analyzed, thus providing references for the design and application of the feeder.
