【摘要】 目的:观察308nm准分子激光联合复方斯亚旦生发酊治疗斑秃的疗效与安全性。方法:将98例斑秃患者随机分为三组,治疗组采用308nm准分子激光照射联合外用复方斯亚旦生发酊治疗,对照1组照射308nm准分子激光,对照2组外用复方斯亚旦生发酊。结果:12周后,治疗组、对照1组、对照2组的总有效率分别为87.9%、60.0%和57.1%,治疗组的总有效率显著高于对照1组及对照2组(P<0.05)。与对照1组及对照2组相比,治疗组的痊愈时间明显缩短(P<0.05),三组不良反应发生率无明显统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:308nm准分子激光联合复方斯亚旦生发酊治疗斑秃疗效较显著,不良反应少。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effects of 308 nm excimer laser irradiation combined with compound Siyadan germinal tincture in the treatment of alopecia areata. Methods 98 cases of alopecia areata were randomly divided into three groups. Patients in the treatment group were treated by 308 nm excimer laser irradiation combined with compound Siyadan germinal tincture. Patients in the control group 1 were only treated with 308 nm excimer laser irradiation, and patients in the control group 2 were were simply applied with compound Siyadan germinal tincture. Results After 12 weeks, the total effective rate of the treatment group, the control group 1 and control group 2 was 87.9%, 60.0% and 57.1% respectively. The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group 1 and the control group 2(P<0.05). Compared with the control group 1 and the control group 2, the recovery time of the treatment group was significantly shorter(P<0.05). However, there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the three groups(P>0.05). Conclusion 308 nm excimer laser irradiation combined with compound Siyadan germinal tincture in the treatment of alopecia areata is effective and is worthy of clinical popularization.更多还原
