逆向技术在飞机导管维修中的应用
Reverse Technology Application in Aircraft Duct Maintenance
【摘要】 针对在航空发动机维修过程中,发动机空间导管的维修因导管变形较大,原始数据图纸与现有状态的导管存在较大差异等问题,通过对发动机拆卸下的导管使用三维扫描进行数据测量,使用Geomagic Studio和CATIA软件进行面向制造的逆向建模,通过所建模型生成制造所需参数。传统逆向建立的数字模型没有考虑制造因素,不能直接用于维修制造,必须经过制造工艺人员进行处理后才能进行制造,而在本次试验中,面向制造的逆向建模方法所建的数模包含了制造所需信息,有效的提高了后期制造和维修的效率,但这种方法导致所建模型精度比传统的方法低,因此在逆向过程要根据实际制造维修需要对部分要求不高的区域降低精度要求,从而保证整体的模型符合要求。
【Abstract】 In the process of aircraft engine maintenance,the tubes is distortion,and the shape is different from the engineering drawings.Use the 3D scanner to measure the tube,and then rebuild the 3D model with the soft Geomagic Studio and CATIA.This reverse engineering is for manufacture.Basing on the model,we can create the required paramete The traditional reverse engineering is not face to manufacture and can not meet the actual requirement.In this experiment,the digital models constructed by the reverse modeling method for manufacturing contains the information needed for manufacturing,which effectively improves the efficiency of post-manufacturing and maintenance.However,this method leads to the accuracy of the model down.According to the actual manufacturing needs,the accuracy of the part of the region is not high.So we can reduce it to ensure that the overall model to meet the requirements.
