压缩预处理对全尺寸杨木含水率和力学性能的影响

【摘要】 为解决木材气干时间长、易蓝变的问题,对高含水率、全尺寸杨木锯材进行压缩预处理。结果表明:采用40%的压缩率、经四次压缩后,两种规格试材的含水率从175%左右分别降至105%和109%,其中第一次压缩效果最明显,含水率降幅分别达48%和57%;压缩预处理对试材力学性能影响不显著。进一步验证了压缩预处理技术应用于工业化生产的可行性。

【Abstract】 To shorten air drying time and prevent blue stain for high moisture content(MC) wood,two dimensions of full-size Poplar lumbers were pre-treated using a compression device developing a 40%.compression ratio. After four compressing cycles,moisture content of the lumber samples reduced quickly from initial 175% to 105%~109%. It was observed that moisture contents declined dramatically by48%~57% following the first compression. Mechanical properties of the compressed lumber samples were tested. The results showed that the compression technique could be used in pre-treatment for full-size lumber drying.
