【摘要】 目的:通过腰痹舒筋汤对腰椎间盘突出症(气虚血瘀型)临床疗效及实验研究,分析此方对抗炎、镇痛有效,探讨腰椎间盘突出症的中西医病理机制的联系。方法:从实验与临床入手。实验研究针对抗炎镇痛实验各项选取小白鼠各分为4组,分为大剂量、小剂量组,对照组及生理盐水(NS)组进行比较,对各组进行研究分析。临床研究以实验组与对照组各60例进行对比治疗,拟从疗效进行观察。结果:实验研究后大剂量组、小剂量组与对照组相对NS组,有显著差异(P<0.05、P<0.01、P<0.001),临床研究显示治疗前后比较治疗组与对照组在疼痛评估、间盘突出程度、疗效等方面有明显的差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:该方通过实验与临床研究显示对治疗腰椎间盘突出症的有效性,进一步揭示其传统与现代机制之间联系,为中医药现代化提供一定的有效依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study Yaobi Shujin Decoction’s anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects and the connection between its traditional pathology and modern pathogenetic mechanism of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion by doing experiment and studying the therapeutic effects of Yaobi Shujin Decoction on lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion. Methods: Experiments and clinical researches were conducted. 1To study the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects,the rats were divided into four groups to compare and analyze: large dose group,small dose group,control group and saline group. 2For clinical research,the patients were divided into two groups: treatment group and control group,with sixty patients in each group. The therapeutic effects of both groups were observed and compared. Results: 1Compared to saline group,large dose group,small dose group and control group showed significant difference in effects( P < 0. 05,P < 0. 01,P < 0. 001). 2The pain intensity,the protrusion level and therapeutic effects in both groups showed significant difference before and after treatment( P < 0. 05 or P < 0. 01). Conclusion: Experiments and clinical research showed that the Yaobi Shujin Decoction is effective in treating lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion. The connection between its traditional and modern mechanism was further studied. This study would be helpful to TCM modernization.更多还原
