【摘要】 目的探讨24h动态心电图(DCG)在心脏起搏器植入术后随访中的应用价值。方法通过对64例起搏器植入患者术后进行常规12导联心电图及24h动态心电图的监测,对比其检查结果,并分析起搏器功能异常以及与起搏器相关的心律失常。结果 64例患者中,常规心电图起搏器功能异常4例(6.25%),DCG异常28例(43.75%),两者相比较(p<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。其中,感知功能异常15例,起搏功能异常8例,与起搏器相关的心律失常5例。结论 DCG能较好监测起搏器起搏、感知功能及其相关心律失常,是植入起搏器术后随访的重要手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the value of dynamic electrocardiogram(DCG) in the follw-up post pacemaker implantation.Methods Sixty four patients with pacemaker implantation were followed up by the routine12-lead ECG and 24 hours DCG.Compared the results and analyzing the pacemaker dysfunction and pacemaker-related arrhythmias.Ruslts Among the sixty four subjects,four pace-making anomalies were found out with routine ECG(6.25%) and 28 anomalies with DCG(43.75%),including fifteen anomalies of perception,eight of pace-making and five pace-maker associated arrhythmias.Comparing with the two results(p<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.Conclusions DCG can better track pace-making,perception and other dysfunctions.Systematic analysis of the working states of pacemaker with DCG is worthy of widely clinical use.更多还原
