【摘要】 发展混合所有制经济是大势所趋,而民企对此顾虑重重。混合所有制改革的目的既不是实行再公有化,也不是限制民企的经营管理权,而是在保护私有财产权的基础上发挥民企的话语权作用。国家对民企的态度和方针政策是连续的、一致的。民企参与国企混合所有制改革的机遇多于挑战。不同性质资本的混合重在有共同的目标追求和协商精神,过分强调控股权只会错失宝贵的发展机会。民企要认识到自身的不足之处,主动参与到混合所有制改革当中,以促进自身良性发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is a new big trend to develop the mixed ownership economy,but the private enterprises are worried about this.The purpose of the mixed ownership reform is to let the private enterprises play a role on the basis of protecting private property rights instead of doing re-socialization or restricting their management rights. The national attitudes and policies of private companies are successive and consistent. For the private companies to participate in the mixed ownership reform of state-owned enterprises,there will be more opportunities than challenges. A mixture of different nature capitals should have a common goal and consultation,and too much emphasis on controlling will cause the loss of valuable opportunities for development. The private enterprises should be aware of its shortcomings and take the initiative to participate in the mixed ownership reform to promote their own sound development.更多还原
