【摘要】 目的探究标准外伤大骨瓣开颅术与常规骨瓣开颅术治疗重型颅脑损伤的临床疗效。方法本次选取重型颅脑损伤患者30例作为研究对象,分为对照组与观察组。结果两组患者在颅内压水平、HIHSS评分及并发症发生率对比中存在差异,P<0.05。结论标准外伤大骨瓣开颅术治疗重型颅脑损伤的临床效果优于常规骨瓣开颅术。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of craniotomy with standard trauma craniectomy and conventional craniotomy on severe craniocerebral injury.Methods Thirty patients with severe craniocerebral injury were selected as the research object and divided into control group and observation group.Results There were differences between the two groups in intracranial pressure,HIHSS score and complication rate,P<0.05.Conclusion The treatment of severe traumatic brain injury with standard trauma craniectomy is superior to conventional craniotomy.更多还原
