支撑喉镜下CO2激光辅助显微手术治疗会厌囊肿的临床应用

【摘要】 目的探讨CO2激光辅助显微手术治疗会厌囊肿的临床应用。方法对31例会厌囊肿患者全部采用支撑喉镜下CO2激光辅助的显微外科手术治疗,术后随访624个月。结果 31例会厌囊肿患者,28例治愈,3例有效。结论 CO2激光辅助显微手术治疗会厌囊肿是耳鼻喉科一种安全、有效的微创技术,值得推广。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical value of CO2 laser in the treatment of epiglottic cysts in laryngeal micro—suery.Methods 31 cases of epiglottic cysts were removed under a microscope with CO2 laser.The curative effects were evaluated 6 to 24 months after the surgery.Results 28 patients were cured, 3 patients were efficacious.Conclusion CO2 laser assisted microsurgery is a safe and effective microinvasive technique for the treatment of epiglottis,which is worth promoting.
