【摘要】 目的观察逆行足背内侧皮神经营养血管皮瓣修复在足背远端Ⅲ度烧伤创面中的应用,评价其临床效果。方法选取2014年1月~2016年12月我院收治的足背远端Ⅲ度烧伤患者20例设为研究对象,均给予逆行足背内侧皮神经营养血管皮瓣技术进行修复,观察本组患者临床恢复情况。结果本组20例患者中,18例足背远端创面Ⅰ期愈合,2例创面因皮瓣边缘呈部分坏死Ⅱ期愈合。出院后随访6个月~2年,末次随访统计,所有患者烧伤创面皮瓣质地、厚薄、弹性、颜色等均恢复良好。本组患者治疗后,肢体功能、皮瓣浅感觉等指标均明显改善(P<0.05)。结论逆行足背内侧皮神经营养血管皮瓣修复足背远端Ⅲ度烧伤创面,操作简便,安全性高,疗效满意,具有临床推广价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the application of reverse-flow medial dorsal cutaneous neurovascular flap of foot for repairing third-degree burn wounds of the distal dorsum of the foot and evaluate its clinical effect.Methods 20 patients with third-degree burn wounds of the distal dorsum of foot were treated by reverse-flow medial dorsal neurocutaneous flaps of foot,and the clinical effect was observe.Results Among the 20 cases,distal dorsum wounds of 18 cases were primary healing,and secondary healing was occurred in 2 cases due to partial necrosis at flap edge.The follow-up of six months to two years after the discharge showed the flaps were good in texture,thickness,elasticity and color.The limb function and superficial sensation of the flap were improved obviously after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Reverse-flow medial dorsal neurocutaneous flap of foot was a simple,safe and effective technique for repair third-degree burn wounds of distal dorsum of foot,which had the value of popularization and application.更多还原
