微波常压烧结制备SiC颗粒增强Al基复合材料研究
THE RESEARCH ON PREPARATION OF SiC PARTICLE REINFORCED Al MATRIX COMPOSTITE MATERIALS BY MICROWAVE ATMOSPHERIC PRESSURE SINTERING
【摘要】 在不同的烧结温度(710,730,750,770,790℃)下,采用微波烧结法制备15%(vol)的SiC颗粒增强Al基复合材料。研究了烧结温度对SiC/Al复合材料的致密度、硬度和显微组织的影响。结果表明,当烧结温度为770℃时,SiC/Al复合材料的致密度和硬度均达到最大值。
【Abstract】 At different sintering temperature(710,730,750,770,790 ℃),the preparation of 15%(vol)SiC particle reinforced Al matrix composite materials by microwave sintering was studied.The influence of sintering temperature on density,hardness and microstructure of the SiC/Al composite materials were investigated.The result shows that at the sintering temperature of 770 ℃,both density and hardness of the SiC/Al composite materials reach the maximum value.
