【摘要】 对科技成果进行"二次创新"的人员严重缺乏是目前科技成果转化的症结。在企业技术人员普遍科研水平不高的基本国情下,要在短期内使其普遍提高到足以能承担"二次创新"的能力是很难办到的;让大量的高校教师从事科技成果转化中的"二次创新"工作也是不现实的。而具有一定科研水平的相关专业的高校学生则既具有一定的"二次创新"能力,也不像教师一样受到各种约束,虽然其在如市场和工作经验、资金等方面存在劣势,高校学生创业仍然可能会是一种有效推动科技成果转化的实现方式之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Lack of personnel to do the work of secondary innovation is the crux of transformation of scientific and technological achievements. As employees’ technical and scientific research level are low in companies,it is hard to improve such level in a short time so that they are unable to do the work of secondary innovation. And it is impractical for a lot of professors in colleges to engage in secondary innovation. Meanwhile,college students especially such majors in relevant specialties often have some ability to do secondary innovation and they do not have so many constraints like professors in colleges. Although college students lack experiences and capitals,entrepreneurship of college students may still be an effective way to promote transformation of scientific and technological achievements.更多还原
