大功率植入器件经皮传能系统的温度场

【摘要】 依据经皮能量传输理论,在罐状变压器的基础上利用有限元软件的磁路耦合功能进行仿真,从而计算经皮变压器铁芯和线圈的损耗和体积生热率。通过电磁场、流固场、温度场的多物理场耦合,对变压器进行温度场分析;提出通过监测次级线圈的温升值进而调整初级线圈的输入功率来实现稳定植入器件的吸收功率的方法,使植入器件功率稳定在32 W左右,大大提高了系统的稳定性和可靠性。

【Abstract】 Based on the tank shaped transformer and theory of transcutaneous energy transmission(TET),the finite element software is used to simulate the magnetic circuit coupling function to calculate the loss and volume heat generation rate of the core and coil of the transcutaneous transformer.The temperature field of transformer is analyzed by the multi-physics coupling of electromagnetic field,fluid solid field and temperature field.A method of stabilizing the absorbed power of the implanted device is proposed by monitoring the temperature rise of the secondary coil and then adjusting the input power of the primary coil,so that the implanted device to stabilize the power of about 32 W,greatly improving the system stability and reliability.
