【摘要】 检验检测机构开展人员监督工作,是实现质量管理体系持续有效改进的有力途径。目前,检验检测机构人员监督工作存在的主要问题是:监督对象定位不准确;监督范围不够全面,没有覆盖到所有对检测结果有影响的人员;监督方式不合理,比较单一,且多是书面核查;监督时机把握不准确,在关键时机缺少必要的人员监督。本文就这些问题提出了相应的改进建议,为检验检测机构做到全面、合理地开展人员监督工作提供了重要依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Personnel supervision in inspection body and laboratory is a powerful way to realize the continuous and effective improvement of quality management system.At present,there are several main problems,including the inaccuracy of objects,the imperfection of scope,the irrationality of supervising ways,the inaccuracy of timing,and the absence of personnel supervision on crucial time.This paper puts forward some suggestions on these problems,which provides important information for Inspection and Testing Institutions to carry out personnel supervision in a comprehensive and reasonable manner.更多还原
