大客车新型外滑移门结构设计及运动分析
Structural Design and Kinematic Analysis on a New Type of Outside Sliding Door for Large Coaches/Buses
【摘要】 设计一种大客车外滑移门新型滑套四杆移出机构及三种不同类型的导轨,并对其工作原理及运动轨迹进行分析;在推导出不同类型导轨约束下大客车外滑移门移出轨迹方程的基础上,利用MATLAB软件绘制车门的3组运动轨迹曲线,通过对比分析确定了一种合理的导轨设计方案。
【Abstract】 A new type of sliding bush four-bar linkage removal mechanism of large coach/bus outside sliding door and three different kinds of guide rails are designed. The work principle and motion trail are also analyzed. Based on deriving the removal trail equations of the outside sliding door with different guide rails,three groups of motion trail curves for the vehicle door are described with MATLAB. Through comparative analysis,a reasonable design scheme of the guide rail is determined.
