【摘要】 基于中国知网数据库,运用共词分析及关键词分析等理论与方法,对我国十年来有关教师教学能力研究的相关文献进行梳理与计量表明,教学能力研究热度逐年上升,较易受国家教育政策影响;高等师范院校占据研究主体地位,研究较多地关注高校教师这一群体;有关青年教师与策略研究、高等教育与职业教育的文献数量平稳增长,共同构成教学能力研究的基本框架。未来应从多角度、宽视野等方面开展教学能力研究,并注意提高问题研究的针对性与发展性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on China National Knowledge Infrastructure, theory of co-word and keyword analysis were used in this research. Literature about the study of teachers’ teaching ability for the recent decade in China were analyzed.The results showed, the amount of teaching ability research was increasing year by year, which was more easily influenced by the national education policy; most of the studies came from normal universities, and those studies paid much attention to the group of teachers in universities; the number of literature in the field of young teachers and strategies, higher education and vocational education increased steadily. All these researches formed a basic pictures in the area of research on teaching ability. In the future, researches were suggested to be carried out on teaching ability from different perspectives, and paying attention to improving the pertinence and development of the research.更多还原
