基于Deform的碳纤维复合材料铣削过程有限元分析

【摘要】 为解决碳纤维复合材料(CFRP)的加工难题,采用Deform建立了碳纤维复合材料的本构模型和三维侧铣加工有限元模型,探究了径向切削深度对立式铣刀3个方向的切削力(FX,FY,FZ)、工件表面加工质量、切削温度和切屑分离情况的影响。研究结果表明,当被吃刀量为0.2mm、主轴转速为8 000r/min时,采用0.3mm径向切深能够有效减小切削过程中的切削力并且提高工件表面加工质量、降低切削温度;同时,将模拟结果与有关实验进行对比,发现模拟得到的表面加工质量与实验结果比较吻合。

【Abstract】 Aiming at the carbon fiber composite material processing,it uses Deform to establish the constitutive model and 3 D side milling machining finite element model of carbon fiber composite materials,determines the cutting force of the three direction(Fx,Fy,Fz),analyzes the influences of surface machining quality,cutting temperature and chip separation.The results is,when the cutting depth is 0.2 mm and spindle speed is 8 000 r/min,0.3 mm radial cutting depth can reduce the cutting force and cutting temperature,and improve the surface machining quality and the influence of chip.Comparing the simulation results with related experiments,it shows that the simulation is in good agreement with experimental results.
