【摘要】 目的探讨对复杂胫骨平台骨折患者行手术治疗的临床效果。方法选取2014年12月—2016年12月我院收治的42例复杂胫骨平台骨折患者作为研究对象,所有患者均接受手术开放复位、钢板螺钉内固定以及塌陷缺损处骨植骨治疗,观察并比较手术前、后膝关节功能评分的变化情况以及治疗效果。结果所有接受研究的42例患者均接受随访,骨折痊愈,并无一例感染,其中,3例(7.14%)切口皮肤出现不同程度的坏死,钢板部分发生外露,行皮瓣转移后全部愈合。治愈总体有效率可达36例(85.71%)。结论对复杂胫骨平台骨折患者行手术开放复位、钢板螺钉内固定以及塌陷缺损处骨植骨治疗,对于提高整体治疗效果十分显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of surgical treatment for complex tibial plateau fractures. Methods From December 2014 to December 2016, 42 patients with complex tibial plateau fracture were selected as the study subjects in our hospital. All patients underwent open reduction, plate and screw fixation, and bone graft for collapse defects. The function score of knee joint before and after operation and the effect of treatment were observed and compared. Results All of the 42 patients were followed up, the fracture healed, no cases of infection, including 3 cases(7.14%) with varying degrees of necrosis of skin incision, plate partially exposed, for the flaps healed. The total effective rate was 36 cases(85.71%). Conclusion Open reduction, plate and screw fixation and bone graft treatment for collapse defects in patients with complex tibial plateau fractures are of great significance for improving the overall therapeutic effect.更多还原
